Charles and Ray Eames are getting a lot of love these days.  There’s a new documentary out titled ”The Architect and The Painter” all about the creative husband-wife dream team; their work was featured in the LACMA’s exhibition “California Design, 1930-1965: Living In a Modern Way” (check out the amazing time-lapse video of their living room being carefully deconstructed here), and even Ice Cube shows his love for the beauty of the iconic Eames design aesthetic.  Charles and Ray Eames have shaped the way that Americans see design and also the way they see their own homes. As Ice Cube says, “they was doing mashups before mashups even existed…”
